So, is this movie a sequel, the show in a nutshell, an oav/oad/ova/ona, or...? Please help me out here, and thanks for subbing.

Is there a reason why it's over 4GB in size? It's a lil too big for average downloaders...

Am I the only one that's having trouble with the subs? They definitely aren't showing up.

Using latest CCCP + CoreAVC + MPC.

Thanks, i'll be seeding with my 100mbit connection for a couple of days :p

yuck @ Nirvash's evolved form ...
yuck @ the production values ...
thx for the good job.

is there a reason why the audio sounds funny?

like it is being rapidly pulsed.

Unknown said...

Damn, I could go on a vacation for the time this will take to download...

You won't release any other version of the movie? I mean, 4GB!?

...I understand that Blu-ray is the new "SUPER AWESOME MOVIE FORMAT," and it's all good when it comes to movies you buy and play on a Blu-ray player, but when it comes to watching fansubs on a computer it's both an unnecessarily large download and one that some may not be able to play correctly without the trial/purchase of CoreAVC or a player specifically for playing Blu-ray. Would it be possible for Nanashi to release an AVI version for those who don't need the greatest quality coupled with constant video lag in CCCP Media Player Classic? There is an Xvid raw, but the Nanashi script trails the audio by a length significant enough to warrant either a proper CCCP-friendly release or a retimed script coupled with a link to the raw used. It would be a great service to the average downloader.

Thanks for all your hard work on this show over the years.

okay, so i hear there are problems with the audio, any fix? affect only certain people? or we just deal with it? (also, it's high ass super quality. download it, watch every detail. enjoy. if you don't like it, too bad, some of us LIKE high quality products)

Thx so much, love this show. and can you re-post the subtitle please. I'm having trouble getting it from the site you put it on and I fail epicly everytime I try to extract it from the mkv. If you had it in srt that would be even better (I'm trying to put it into avchd for my blu-ray player) if not I'll just convert it with DSRT

In case anyone wonders why the movie have Lags to some people OR Audio Problems OR a very BIG File Size:

The Answer is only one: It's in DTS from the Source.

I don't have those Lags 'cause I use a "Creative Audigy 2 ZS" Audio Card and DTS is Perfectly handled by my CCCP's FFDshow on my PC.

To The Guys with Playback Problems:

What You Guys should be asking is for [Nanashi] to Release one of 2 things:

- another file with the sound on 6.1 like the Original but in the AAC Codec (or was it AC3?... I tend to get mixed up when trying to remember wich one did more than stereo (2.0/2.1) Audio)

OR

- another file with MP3 2.0 Audio.

Any of them would clear up Lots of Space compared to the Almost RAW-Audio DTS Codec and there wouldn't be anymore Audio/Lag Problems 4 Anyone. (I think...)

Anyway... Meanwhile, Check Your FFDshow Configurations: Both Audio and Video. (Check and see if FFDshow is Actually set to Decode DTS and check if it's not Outputting the DTS Audio to SPDIF directly to be Externally Decoded... or something like that ;P)

If You really have the Need 4 CoreAVC... I found a pretty Nice Link on some other Blog... XD

something like this:

You, most Probably, didn't Read my Previous Post... -_-;; ...

Anyway, Some "Pointers" for You:
1 - You can't be Really asking for an MKV of this Movie as this is ALREADY an MKV, even if it has a "HUGE" size. (Reasons on my Previous Post)
2 - You must be asking for a crappy AVI release,
    OR,
3 - You are asking for an Audio Re-Encode to MP3 (as explained on my Previous Post), with or without a Video Re-Encode with a new x264 Feature called "Macroblock Tree" "which increases quality/compression humongously" like used here - HTTP://Underwater.NyaaTorrents.org/?view=saki-18 - to cut almost to HALF the Normal filesize WITHOUT:
- any Visible loss of Quality
- or being Heavier 4 the Decoders. (It's an encoder feature after all...)
Actual Example from those fansubs:
  ~240MB --> ~170MB !!1!. -   o_0;;   ...

Anyway, There's no "4 sure thing" about [Nanashi] right now so don't get All excited... ;P

Meanwhile, do as You're Told and get CCCP+CoreAVC like I said in
    The Previous Post ©®™ .

Note: Please DO actually READ my Previous Post. Thx!. --> LoL!. XD

Heh, my computer kind of sucks, so even with the right codecs and media players*, I won't be able to watch this...Oh well, I guess someone will release an .avi version or something at some point, or there will be a DVD release with official subs..All I can really do at the moment is wait.

*I tried with VLC, MPC, Zoomplayer and BSPlayer without any success.

P.S.: After Reading ALL my Previous Posts (and acting accordingly), please use GSpot to check if the File is rendered as follows ("CoreAVC" Pass is Optional but recommended for OLDer PCs like mine: 5+ Year Old Pentium 4 w/ HyperThreading... ):
Note: You have to Press the "1" button beneath the "MS A/V" collumn (on the bottom of the program) after opening the file for it to test the renderings used.
If, after that, You press the "2" button, It should even start Playing The File inside the program and You'd be even able to use the "Cue" for moving around the Movie...
Note: This program is not the best Player around... Please use CCCP's MPC-HC as said in the previous post.

Also, to Improve Performance in Newer Systems, please read this (as I'm too lazy/don't have time to ReWrite it all):

The Performace Improvement is somewher around there, just after I refer to these/my Blog's Comments... XD

P.P.S. Addendum: Forgot to add...

If the Rendering doesn't display as said in there, You can, in the program's menu, go to "System" > "List Codecs and Other Filters" (You should Maximize this Window to be able to do it much faster) and click TWICE in the "Merit" Collumn to put the 1st tested Filters to render ANY File on the Top.

You should re-arrange them (by Right-Clicking the Filter and pressing "Set Filter Merit" option - You might need to input more numbers than "aparently" allowed: Check the ones on the Top of the "Merit" List) ("CoreAVC" and "FFDshow Video" and "FFDShow Audio" ONLY!)to be in the same Order as Shown in the Pic:

1st - CoreAVC
2nd - FFDShow Video
3rd - FFDSHOW Audio

Note that You only have to have the "Audio" one over ALL the other Audio Decoders as the Prioritized Video ones should be above the Audio when Sorted by "Merit".
You can Sort the Filters by "Name" if You can't find the ones You're looking for aound there.

If You don't find them at all... Well, something is wrong...
- Re-Install CCCP and then CoreAVC. Reboot ONLY if Requested and ALWAYS Manually. (Like, "Don't Restart/Reboot Now" something and You Yourself go and do a Normal Shutdown. It ALWAYS works better for EVERYTHING that needs reboot/restart that I know of. Even Windows/Microsoft Updates. XD )

I linked to everything somewhere in "these" Posts so You're Probably Good to go. XD

Don't Forget to Check the "DTS" Codec Settings in "FFDshow Audio" Configuration!. ...

Bye then.

Thank you so much Nanashi! I haven't seen much in terms of Nanashi subtitled anime recently but really appreciated what you have done in the past with the Eureka Seven series as well as the movie.

I hope Nanashi can pick up something good in October when the barrage of new seasonal anime begin!
